“It’s one of the most competitive arm wrestling events of the year,” said Gene Camp, founder and president of the New York Arm Wrestling Association. The Long Island Arm Wrestling Team competes against teams locally from the five NYC Boroughs, from all over the tri-state area and far beyond. This much anticipated LI event will be bigger and better than ever this year, as we anticipate an enormous turnout because of last year’s lack of sponsorship cancellation. Plus, arm wrestling has reached a new level of desirability around the world since the airing of the new AMC TV reality show ‘Game of Arms’. Camp Added, “I also want to thank Quantum Wellness Healing Center and Spa of Syosset, NY for sponsoring the 35th LI Arm Wrestling Championships; this year.”

The 35th Annual LI Arm Wrestling Championships are part of the New York 'Golden Arm' Series, where individual championships are held in each of the five NYC Boroughs, Long Island and Upstate, NY, culminating at the Empire State Golden Arm Tournament of Champions, Finale. The NY Golden Arm series has won a following among demographically diverse, multi-ethnic, health and fitness conscious athletes both locally and from countries around the world. The Universal Fitness Expo is a daylong sports and fitness show with tests of strength with multi-event athletic competitions and exhibitions for everyone.
