SCPD: Man Wanted for Commack Store Robbery

Police are looking for a man who stole cellphones from an AT&T store in Commack.

Commack, NY - June 4, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole two cell phones from a store in Commack last month.
A man entered AT&T, located at 6039 Jericho Turnpike, and stole a Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone and a Blackberry Z10 cell phone on May 5. The suspect is described as white, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall with short brown hair and a medium build. He was wearing a short sleeve orange T-shirt and khaki pants. The man fled in a black SUV.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
