Shirley, NY - June 2, 2014 - The Long Island 2 Day Walk to Fight Breast Cancer will be held on Saturday, June 7 and the Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct is advising motorists of travel delays in Shirley between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Southbound William Floyd Parkway between Havenwood Drive and Smith Point County Park will be reduced to one lane and there will be periodic closures throughout the day. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
