A heat advisory is issued when the combination of heat and humidity is expected to make it feel like it is 95 to 99 degrees for two or more consecutive days, or 100 to 104 degrees for any length of time. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the occupational safety and health administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments. Suffolk Police Seeking Woman Who Used Counterfeit Currency at Westhampton 7-Eleven

A woman handed the cashier 11 counterfeit $10 bills and fled in a silver BMW, officials say.

SCPD are seeking the public’s help to identify the woman who attempted to use counterfeit currency at a Westhampton store.

Westhampton, NY - May 22, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Southampton Town Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who attempted to use counterfeit currency at a Westhampton store earlier this month.
 
A woman handed the cashier 11 counterfeit $10 bills at 7-Eleven, located at 410 Mill Road, on May 15 at approximately 6 a.m. After discovering the currency was counterfeit, the employee kept the bills. The subject left the store and fled in a silver BMW.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
