Elmont, NY - May 18, 2015 - In advance of the 147th running of the Belmont Stakes on June 6 and Triple Crown candidate American Pharoah's run for horse racing immortality, the New York Racing Association (NYRA) announced today that all reserved seats for Belmont Stakes Day are officially sold out.

Extremely limited hospitality is available in the Marquee and Trackside Tents only. General Admission tickets for Belmont Stakes Day are still available for purchase, and can be secured through Ticketmaster while supplies last. General Admission tickets do not include guaranteed seating. Fans can visit Ticketmaster, or call 800-745-3000 for more information.

Earlier this month, the New York Racing Association announced that paid attendance for Belmont Stakes Day would be capped at 90,000. This step is similar to the policies and practices of professional sports teams and will not only result in an enhanced experience for Belmont guests, but will further improve access to and from the Belmont property on Saturday. The attendance cap will also complement Saturday's post-race concert by the GOO GOO DOLLS, which is anticipated to further stagger the exit from the Belmont property following the final race.

For their own convenience, guests are still strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance, and to give themselves plenty of extra time to arrive and depart the Belmont property throughout the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival starting Thursday, June 4, and continuing through Saturday, June 6. On Belmont Stakes Day and throughout the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, all Belmont entrances will be for ticketed guests only, and cash will not be accepted at entry points. If the event does not sell out in advance, any remaining Grandstand Admission tickets will be available for sale while supplies last at ticket booths located near each park entrance.

With new security protocols instituted for this year's festival, guests can review a full list of prohibited and permitted items by visiting BelmontStakes.com. All guests are subject to magnetic screening upon entering the grounds. Guests attempting to enter the Clubhouse, Grandstand or the Backyard with prohibited items will be asked to return those items to their vehicles or dispose of them. No storage will be provided for guests arriving with, or attempting to enter with prohibited items.

Tickets are still available on Ticketmaster for Friday, June 5, which will be highlighted by five stakes races and a special, Belmont Stakes Eve concert led by platinum-selling recording artists O.A.R. General admission for Friday, June 5 is available for $15 for non-NYRA Rewards members, and $10 for NYRA Rewards members until 3 p.m.   Walk-up admission after 3 p.m. Friday, June 5, will be $30. NYRA Rewards members must present their rewards card at the time of entry.
