Queens Woman Arrested for Stabbing Boyfriend During Heated Arguement, Police Say

NCPD reports the arrest of Bianca Phillips of Queens for Assault that occurred in Westbury.

Westbury, NY - May 10, 2017 - The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens woman for Assault that occurred in Westbury on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 1:00 am.
 
According to detectives, after having an earlier verbal dispute with her 21 year old boyfriend, the defendant Bianca Phillips, of St. Albans responded back to her boyfriend’s Marietta Drive residence so she could return his personal belongings.  
 
Another verbal argument ensued and escalated into Phillips using a knife and stabbed the male victim in his upper left arm causing a 4 inch laceration. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in a Nassau County Police Ambulance and treated for his injury. Phillips then left in a red auto in an unknown direction.
 
A subsequent investigation led detectives to Bianca Phillips' Queens address and placed her into police custody without incident.
 
Bianca Phillips is charged with Assault 2nd Degree, and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon 4th Degree. She was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
