Honig Grill will feature a wide selection of wines from Napa Valley's own Honig Vineyard, along with other top winemakers from northern California, at reasonable price points.

Woodbury, NY - May 4th, 2016 - California's Napa Valley offers visitors a warm, casual, inviting environment and lifestyle, which embraces a special approach to dining. The restaurant is now open at 8289 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury, NY, with an introduction to the full, new concept slated for early March 2016.

Honig Grill is collaboration between restaurateur Brian Galligan, owner and operator of Il Mulino USA, LLC, and joint venture owner/partner Steven Raia, also of Il Mulino, with inspiration from Michael Honig's family and the wine crafters at Honig Vineyard and Winery (Rutherford, California).

Honig Vineyard and Winery has gained an illustrious reputation for producing some of the world's best wines, including award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, for more than 35 years.

Award-winning restaurant interior designer Beth Donner has captured the essence of Napa Valley at Honig Grill with her chic wine-country decor elements.

The Napa Valley vineyard and rural atmosphere with grapevines, barrels, art and open areas reflects the close relationship to nature that wine country epitomizes. The restaurant's new inviting look and feel is the vision of award-winning restaurant interior designer Beth Donner of Beth Donner Designs.
