Hicksville, NY - May 2nd, 2014 - PSEG Long Island announces the Hicksville Customer Service Center is now re-opened.

The PSEG Long Island Customer Service Center in Hicksville has re-opened for business as of today, Wednesday, May 1st to address customer inquiries and accept bill payments for both PSEG Long Island electric bills and National Grid gas bills. Customers will find a new lobby design and teller system to make their visit more efficient.

“We realize the closing of the Customer Service Center was an inconvenience to our customers and we would like to thank them for their patience during the renovation,” “said Dan Eichhorn, vice president of Customer Services. “Updating the Hicksville Customer Service Center to better serve our customers is just one example of our commitment to provide our customers with the best-in-class customer service.”

PSEG Long Island Customer Service Centers are open from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. PSEG Long Island electric bills can also be paid at Authorized Pay Stations available across Long Island, as well as online with My Account, phone or by mail. For more information, click here.
