NCPD reports the arrest of Anthony Fiorello of Bethpage, 21, for Burglary that occurred on Sunday, April 23 in Massapequa.

Roosevelt, NY - April 24, 2017 - The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of a Bethpage man for Burglary that occurred on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 1:00 am in Massapequa.
 
According to detectives, defendant Anthony Fiorello, 21, was drinking with unidentified friends at Bar Louie, 1 Sunrise Mall, Massapequa. After drinking, defendant Fiorello attempted to leave the bar by unlocking a side door which leads into the closed mall. Once inside the mall, the defendant broke several children strollers, two fire alarm boxes and threw a mannequin through an exit door.  
 
Mall security responded to the scene after the fire alarm was set off. Security observed the defendant run through the broken door, across the parking lot and into the yards of the surrounding neighborhood. Seventh Precinct Officers responded and located defendant Fiorello in the rear yard of a West Gate Drive home and placed him under arrest.
 
Defendant Fiorello is being charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Theft of Services. He will be arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead on Monday, April 24, 2017.
