McKinney nodded off while behind the wheel on January 14 as she approached the gas pumps at a Mobil station in Shirley. DA Spota said a suspect who is believed to be the man who sold heroin to McKinney will also be arraigned before Justice Camacho today. Roger Lockett, 47, of Mastic, faces drug sale and possession charges.

Justice Camacho will unseal the indictment sometime after 11:00 am.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
