Islandia, NY - April 14th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two women who attempted to steal computer equipment from an Islandia store last month.
 
Two women entered Walmart, located at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway, put 19 external hard drives in a bag and exited the store on March 12 at approximately 5:30 p.m. The hard drives, which were recovered by an employee after the women left the store, have a value of more than $1400.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
