Update: Silver Alert Cancelled for East Northport Senior with Alzheimers

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for an East Northport man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

Update - April 1, 2014 - Frank Horn has returned home.
 
East Northport, NY - March 31st, 2014 - The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for an East Northport man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
 
Frank Horn, 82, of 600 5th Ave., was last seen at his home this afternoon before leaving for a doctor’s appointment. Horn, who is not steady on his feet, may be driving a brown 2008 Volkswagen Passat.
 
Horn is white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray hair. He wears gold glasses and is missing a front tooth.
 
Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Second Squad detectives at 631-854-8252 or 911.
