Anthony Laccone, 55, was charged with animal neglect for allegedly keeping his dogs confined in unhealthy and deplorable conditions.

Copiague, NY – March 30, 2017 – Suffolk County SPCA Detectives charged a Copiague man for Cruelty to Animals on March 30th, 2017.
 
Anthony Laccone, 55, was charged with animal neglect for keeping his dogs confined in unhealthy, unsanitary, deplorable conditions and for failure to provide proper sustenance. 
 
Laccone will appear in First District Court in Central Islip on May 31th, 2017.
 
Chief Gross said that animal cruelty will not be tolerated in Suffolk County.  If you witness any incident of animal cruelty or neglect in Suffolk County please contact the Suffolk County SPCA at (631) 382-7722.  All calls will be kept confidential.
