Ray Ruiz of JLL represented 100 Motor and TRITEC in the transaction. The design of the remodeled space was done by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and will be constructed by TRITEC Building Company, Inc. The tenant is expected to take occupancy late in the 2nd quarter of 2014.
