Woman Robbed at Gunpoint in Hempstead

The robbery occurred early in the morning Friday, March 14.

Hempstead, NY - MArch 14, 2014 - The Third Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 12:10 a.m. in Hempstead.
 
According to detectives, the female victim 41 years of age was on E. Marshall Street when she was approached by a male black wearing a ski masked who displayed an Uzi style gun and removed an unknown amount of cash from the victim. The subject fled the scene in a black Nissan in an unknown direction.  There were no injuries reported.
