Baldwin Man Arrested for Forging Deed Transfer

Baldwin, NY - March 10th, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Baldwin man for Forgery on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 4:25 pm.
 
According to Crimes Against Property detectives, On November 19, 2012 the defendant Danny Noble Jr. 46, of Jay Way did go to the Office of the Nassau County Clerk located at 240 Old Country Road and filed a forged deed transfer for a property located on Lincoln Street, Baldwin. The defendant also used a stolen Kings County notary stamp to process the above paperwork.
 
On December 12th, 2012 the defendant filed a second forged deed transfer of ownership with the Nassau County Clerks Office for a property located on Jay Way, Baldwin. He also used a stolen notary stamp reported missing in October of 2011.
 
On Sunday March 8th, 2015 the defendant was arrested by Freeport Detective Division after a lengthy investigation for Forgery. He was then transported to the Nassau County Police Department and arrested without incident.

Defendant Danny Noble Jr. is being charged with four counts Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree and Forgery 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday March 10, 2015.
