Snow may be heavy at times late tonight through Thursday morning...before tapering off Thursday evening. * Impacts...hazardous travel conditions are expected tonight and Thursday due to reduced visibilities...icy roads and significant snow accumulations. * Visibilities...one quarter to one half mile at times. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an emergency. Man Wanted for Stealing Sunglasses from Roosevelt Field Mall

An unidentified subject stole a pair of sunglasses from a Louis Vuitton store.

East Garden City, NY - March 4, 2014 - Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured subject in connection with a Petit Larceny which occurred in East Garden City, New York. 
 
On Sunday, January 26, 2014, at approximately 1:50 P.M., the subject was observed inside of the Louis Vuitton Store - Roosevelt Field Mall located at 630 Old Country Road, East Garden City. While present in the store the subject did steal Conspiration Sunglasses valued at $620.00, and exit the store passing all points of purchase without making payments for the items. The subject fled the scene in an unknown direction.
