NCPD Crime Alert: Two People Wanted for Westbury Robbery

Westbury, NY - March 2nd, 2014 - The Third Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 12:35 am in Westbury.
 
According to detectives, a 39 year old male victim was standing on School Street at Railroad Avenue when an unknown male and female Hispanic (no further description) exited a red four door sedan that had an out of state license plate and began asking him for directions.
 
The male subject then reached into the victim’s pants pocket and removed his wallet that contained an undisclosed amount of US currency and a cell phone. The two subjects then fled in the red auto in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported.
