Uniondale, NY - March 1, 2017 - The Nassau County Police Department reports the arrest of a Bay Shore woman on Wednesday, March 01, 2017 at 3:45am in Uniondale.
According to Officers, defendant Katie Kirk, 21, of Bay Shore while operating her 2013 Jeep Wrangler did strike the rear end of Radio Motor Patrol car 325 occupied by two Nassau County Police Officers. The accident occurred at Oak Street at the entrance to Hofstra University in Uniondale. The Officers were transported to a local hospital for treatment of neck and back injuries.
Defendant Katie Kirk was charged with two counts of DWI and Unlicensed Operator. The defendant was arraigned on Wednesday, March 01, 2017 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
