NCPD Crime Alert: Two Men Wanted for Roosevelt Robbery

First Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on February 25, 2014 at 7:35 pm in Roosevelt.

Roosevelt, NY - February 26th, 2014 - First Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on February 25, 2014 at 7:35 pm in Roosevelt.

According to detectives, while walking westbound on East Clinton Avenue at the intersection of Berkley Place, the male victim, who was approached by two male Hispanics, both described as being between 20-30 years old and wearing dark clothing, grabbed him and began punching him about the face. After removing his cell phone and wallet, both subjects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim, who suffered a laceration to his nose and swelling to his eye, was transported to an area hospital and received treatment for his injuries.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding this Robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
