Suffolk County Legislator Robert Trotta Officiates at Swearing in of Kings Park Chamber of Commerce Officers

Smithtown, NY - February 19, 2014 - Suffolk County Legislator Robert Trotta administered the oath of office to the 2014 Officers of the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce at its February meeting. In addition, Legislator Trotta also gave an overview of what he has been working on since taking office this past January. He has made sewers a priority and has had several meetings with a number of Suffolk County officials, including the Commissioner of Public Works. He has also met with former Suffolk County Legislator Wayne Horsley, who now serves as the Regional Director of the Long Island State Parks regarding the Nissequogue State River Park. As a full time legislator, Trotta is dedicating his time to learn about the issues that affect his district and to attend as many meetings as possible that are relevant to his committee assignments and in performing his duties as a Suffolk County Legislator for the 13th Legislative District.
