Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to one quarter mile or less. Nassau Crime Stoppers Searching for Restaurant Robber

A Carle Place restaurant was robbed and suffered extensive property damage.

Carle Place, NY - February 19, 2014 - Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help with identifying the pictured subject. The subject is wanted in connection with a Burglary that occurred in Carle Place, New York.
 
On Friday, January 17th, 2014, at approximately 1:48A.M., the subject did break into Vincent’s Clam Bar located at 179 Old Country Road, Carle Place. Once inside the restaurant the subject did damage property in excess of $2,400, and steal an undisclosed amount of cash from the store register. The subject fled the scene in an unknown direction.
 
The subject is described as a Male Hispanic, 5’9”- 5’11” tall, 190 - 220 lbs, wearing light sweat pants, a gray hoodie, light colored skull cap, and a black backpack.
