Written by Long Island News & PR  |  18. February 2014

Selden,  NY - February 18, 2014 - Legislator Tom Muratore (R-Ronkonkoma) recently joined other elected officials to recognize two local businesses at their ribbon cutting ceremonies.

Cella Bagels in Selden celebrated their Grand Re-Opening after sustaining fire damage at the hand of an arsonist. In Ronkonkoma, Flanagan’s Pub held their Grand Opening. The occasion was celebrated with bagpipe music from the Emerald Society and Irish step dancing, in keeping with the pub’s Irish theme.

“I love attending ribbon cutting ceremonies; showing support for small business is good for our local economy,” stated Legislator Muratore. “I am happy that John and Gene were able to re-open Cella Bagels so quickly after the fire. It was also a great pleasure meeting Matt and Dave from Flanagan’s Pub, and wish them much success in their endeavor.”
