Baldwin, NY - January 18th, 2014 - The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Baldwin on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 12:10 pm.
 
According o detectives, a 44 year old oil delivery man was making a delivery to a Coolidge Avenue residence when he was approached by a male black subject that demanded money. The subject is described as being 20-25 years of age, average build, black hooded sweatshirt, 5’11” tall, clean shaven, round face, and big lips. At this time a struggle ensued in which a second subject described as male black, and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grabbed the victim from behind and threw him down to the ground. While on the ground the subjects removed from the victim’s pockets a wallet that contained an undisclosed amount of US currency and an I phone. Both subjects then got into a blue Chevy Malibu having unknown out of state plates and drove away south on Coolidge Avenue. The victim received minor lacerations to his head and face and refused medical attention at scene.
