Man Wanted for Petit Larceny in Commack
Commack, NY - January 17, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole merchandise from a Commack store last month.
A man stole shampoo and conditioner from Center Island Beauty Supply, located at 6112 Jericho Turnpike, on December 24 at approximately 11 a.m. and again on December 26 at approximately 12 p.m.
The man was described as white, approximately 50 years old and was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket with a hooded sweatshirt underneath and a baseball cap. The suspect fled the scene in a tan sedan bearing a stolen NYS license plate, CVV 9742.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
