Oceanside, NY - January 15, 2016 - Oceanside Library has teamed up with Rolling River Day Camp and dozens of additional programs to host the first annual Oceanside Summer Camp & Program Fair. This free, interactive fair will feature a wide variety of summer camps that specifically serve residents of Southwest Nassau County. This is the first event of its kind to host dozens of local summer programs all in one, central Oceanside location.

Participating programs include Day Camps, Sports Camps, Travel Camps, Sleepaway, Science/Academic Camps & more. The summer camp fair is a convenient way for families to identify a program that best suits the needs of their child or family.  Each summer program will run a booth with information and activities for participants. There will also be multiple program representatives onsite to answer questions about camp activities, tuition and more.

Oceanside Library will serve as an ideal location for the fair. In addition to an extensive literary collection, Oceanside Library serves as an integral community center by hosting various events and programs such as concert/movie nights, children’s programs, adult education classes, and much more.
