Valley Stream, NY - January 3rd, 2014 - Fourth Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on January 2, 2014 at 10:30 pm in Valley Stream.
According to detectives, after exiting the train at the Valley Stream Station and walking north on Hicks Street towards Merrick Road, the 22 year old female victim was approached from behind by two male subjects who shoved her and forcibly removed her pocketbook. The subjects then continued running northbound on Hicks Street.
The victim, who was uninjured during the incident, was unable to further describe the two subjects.
