Program Specialist are trained to communicate with clients to access needs for available programs as well as answer questions regarding programs. Specialist will also be trained to assist with completion of on-line applications for the available programs as well as marketing of the programs. No background is required. Full on-line training is provided. Virtual Recruiters responsibilities are to schedule and conduct phone interviews as well as determine if a applicant meets qualifications. Recruiters are also trained to communicate with applicant prospects and are responsible for assisting with the application process. Recruiters will have the responsibility of making sure new applicants are trained and offer support. All recruiter training is done on-line and no background is required.
