This links-style 18-hole public golf course was designed by William F. Mitchell in 1970. It has a par value of 72 and the option of playing from three tees that range in distance from 5,387 yards to 6,715 yards. Walking is allowed and often preferred on this lovely seaside course. Two lakes and a marsh form water hazards and the fairways are narrow and challenging. The long, winding course has some elevated greens and moderate sand bunkers, but it is less windy than some other ocean-side courses. Players of all skill levels will enjoy this tricky and interesting layout. The Pro shop, equipment rental, in-house teaching pro, lighted driving range, practice areas, full bar and restaurant are all available to players. Seniors, juniors, the disabled and those willing to play Twilight hours are eligible for discounts. The course is open mid-March through November.
