Landmark on Main Street, Inc. is a community oriented not-for-profit center dedicated to promoting cultural, educational, civic and recreational activities. Events hosted by Landmark on Main Street include dance, folk, cabaret, rock, family events, childrens' programs, and public presenters to serve the Port Washington area.
The Jeanne Rimsky Theater is a community-based presenter of world-class arts and cultural programs. They present between 35 and 40 programs each year, including sold out performances by Broadway stars in addition to a wide variety of musical acts. The theater's free speaker series, "Conversations from Main Street," has hosted lectures from such icons as Ron Darling, Mary Carillo, Tom DiNapoli, Andrew Cuomo, Gilbert Gottfried, and award-winning Broadway composer Jeanine Tesori.
