My father recently passed away, and our family is very Catholic. My father was not Catholic, and wanted to be cremated. At first I thought this was going to cause all kinds of schisms in my family, and was very worried about how I could fulfill his wishes without dividing my relatives. Then I went to Christopher T. Jordan Funeral. The funeral home workers were incredibly kind and understanding, and they were also very informative. It turns out the Catholic Church has made some changes, and they were able to explain to my family members why it was okay for my father to be cremated. They really went above and beyond with the funeral arrangements, and helped my family say goodbye to my father together instead of falling apart.
