Established in 2003, the Babylon Village Arts Council recognizes the need to keep the artistic spirit alive and through rotating exhibits showcases the benifits of art to the Babylon community. Participation by residents is encouraged as the Council hopes to stimulate a sense of fellowship between the town's citizens. Exhibits includes an annual outdoor art show entitled Art by the Falls and live music.
