Long Island Brick & Masonry

Brick and masonry work enhances the appearance of many home and business spaces and also provides functional advantages. Brick and masonry work can be used to make mailboxes, patios and building exteriors more attractive. Adding brick to an element makes it not only more attractive, but also more durable. Stone generally does not require painting to be attractive and will resist damage from projectiles and heat better than other building materials. Masonry is often done with bricks, but other stones can be used in masonry, including slate and sandstone, for example. Masonry is traditionally considered a skilled profession. Qualified masons work with homeowners and business owners to create an attractive, structurally sound product.
