It’s time to celebrate some more on New Year’s Eve! We have you covered with evening fun and entertainment throughout the week. On Monday, head over to Theatre Three for its New Year’s Laughin’ Eve comedy show and The Emporium to party for the rest of the night. On Tuesday, many businesses will be closed for New Year’s Day, but you can take part in church service at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and a nature hike at Montauk Point State Park. On Wednesday, experience an hour of yoga at Cold Spring Harbor Library and your night can be entertained with karaoke fun at Half Full Tavern. On Thursday, it’s karaoke night at Medley’s or you can catch Bryan Gallo and his band at Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts. Check out the details below!

MONDAY – DECEMBER 31, 2012

Who: New Year’s Laughin’ Eve At Theatre Three
Info: Get ready for a night of laughter this New Year’s Eve! Theatre Three is hosting its annual New Year’s Laughin’ Eve comedy show. There will be live stand-up comedy featuring top comedians from the Long Island Comedy Festival.
Cost: $35 or $45 Depending On Showtime

Who: New Year’s Eve At The Emporium
Info: Looking to celebrate the start of the New Year? The Emporium has you covered with four XL projectors to watch the ball drop and free champagne and party favors at midnight. Enjoy it all over dinner with your advanced reservation. You must be 21 and over to enter and dress trendy and neat.
Cost: $15

TUESDAY – JANUARY 1, 2013

Who: New Year’s Day Service At Holy Trinity Orthodox Church
Info: Holy Trinity Orthodox Church is an Orthodox Christian community. It will celebrate the feast day of St. Basil the Great and the Civil New Year. There will be coffee and the cutting of the St. Basil’s Bread.

Who: First Day Winter Nature Hike At Montauk Point State Park
Info: What better way to kick off the New Year than to take a hike along Montauk Point State Park! It is the second year the First Day Hike is taking place and it’ll include a 3 mile loop on terrain, including beach, forest and heathland. The adventure will run about 2 ½ hours long. You’ll learn about the local biology, geology and history on the way. Dress warm.
Cost: $5 For Adults; $3 For Children 7 to 18; Free For Children 6 and Under

Who: Yoga At Cold Spring Harbor Library
Info: Are you a beginner at yoga or at the intermediate level? You can enjoy a session of yoga at the library for an hour.

Who: Bryan Gallo and His Band At Patchogue Theatre For The Performing Arts
Info: Long Island based singer-songwriter Bryan Gallo will be performing with his band. Gallo was also the former front man of the band Attic Space. His songs are inspired by alternative country-rock and wistful pop music.
