If you are looking to party with your kids this New Year’s Eve, there are many venues hosting special family-friendly events held at earlier times for the kids to enjoy.  Many locations are having DJs, a ball drop, and even a balloon drop to replicate the adult parties, but make sure to call and see if you need reservations first, and if it is a casual-dress or fancy-dress occasion.  Swap the champagne for sparkling juice and raise an early glass at one of these great events!

New Year’s Eve Party

Enjoy Safari Adventures with a New Year’s twist – a full-on dance party with a family-friendly DJ, games, noisemakers, hats, glow bracelets, dessert, and a balloon drop at “midnight,” which will be at 7:15 for the kiddies. Reservations are suggested.

Bayville Adventure Park has turned into the Bayville Winter Wonderland, complete with a meet-and-greet with holiday characters, the Holiday Express Train Ride, and a Yo Ho Holiday Light Show.  Therea re tow available sessions: Lunch, which is 12:30-3 p.m., and dinner, which is 5:30-8 p.m. Each includes a three-course meal or casual option of chicken fingers, burgers, or pizza.  The “midnight” toast of champagne for adults and sparkling cider for children will be at 8 p.m.
