  • 2 oz. gin
  • 4 oz. tonic water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 rosemary sprig (per glass)

Directions: Cut your cucumber in half and slice. Then slice your lime into 8 little wedges. Add 3 pieces of sliced cucumber, 1 oz gin, juice from 1 lime and 1 rosemary sprig into a highball glass (a tall glass that holds between 8 – 10 oz of liquid.) Next strain this through a mesh strainer and pour into another highball glass. Throw a few pieces of ice into the second glass along with 3 new slices of cucumber. Now pour the rest of your gin and tonic concoction into the highball glass. Garnish with 1 rosemary sprig.

Candy Cane Cocktail

  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz vanilla rum
