Unleash Your Child's Energy and Imagination at LI's Indoor Play Places

Written by Lyndsay McCabe  |  26. October 2014

Fall is upon us, but the cooler, often rainy weather does not mean you have to keep the kids cooped up inside all day.  Bring your kids and some friends to an indoor play place where they can explore mazes and tunnels, run through obstacle courses, play laser tag, or bounce off the walls (literally) all within the safety of a single supervised area. As an additional bonus, each of these locations also offer party packages, so if your kid falls in love at first play, you can sign them up for a birthday party to remember!  Whether you want them to get exercise, get imaginative, or just get out of the house, these great indoor play places fit the bill!

Great Play of Woodmere
1012 Railroad Avenue, Woodmere
At Great Play, kids can take part in physical development programs and learn different sports and exercising games all in a giant indoor arena.

Safari Adventure
1074 Pulaski Street, Riverhead
Children can feel like true adventurers as they explore a four-story soft play structure called Kilimanjaro, and jump sky-high on several huge bouncers.

Bounce! Trampoline Sports
310 Michael Drive, Syosset
If your kids can’t get enough of trampolines, take them to Bounce!, which is full of interconnected courts made of trampolines where kids can literally bounce of the walls, into pits of foam shapes, and on inflatables.

Long Island’s Laser Bounce
2710 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown
This venue combines two activities kids love – laser tag and bounce houses! Everything is indoor for year-round fun.

Active Kidz
200 Robbins Lane, Jericho
There is something for everyone at Active Kidz, including a 40 player laser tag arena, inflatable fun zone, four level indoor playground, and a 20-foot rock wall.

Fun 4 All
200 Wilson Street, Port Jefferson Station
This huge 1/2 acre building is home to all sorts of things for kids ages 1-13 to explore, like slides and towers, a treehouse, tunnels, and inflatable bouncers.

Le Play Café
2465 Merrick Road, Bellmore
Imaginative kids can enjoy dressing up and playing in a slew of rooms, such as the princess room, the pretend kitchen, and the marketplace.

Once Upon a Treetop
