Big things really do come in small packages – that is, if the big thing is a big personality, and that package is a friendly, outgoing Chihuahua!
In this installment of Adorable Adoptable Pets, you get a two-for-one package of these tiny dogs. Sparkle (in the purple tutu) and Remington (in the orange tutu) are a bonded pair of 3-4 year old Chihuahuas that both grew up in the same home, but were surrendered by their family to a high-kill shelter in rural South Carolina. Fortunately, the volunteers and staff at Last Chance Animal Rescue were able to step in and save these young pups that still have a long, bright future ahead of them.
Both Sparkle (who is female) and Remington (who is male) are loving dogs who are loyal not just to people, but to one another. They are incredibly friendly and get along well with other dogs. Since they are so attached, LCAR is looking for the perfect owner to adopt both of them, and in this effort, LCAR has reduced their adoption fee to $400 total for both to help make it possible for them to stay together.
Sparkle and Remington are both spayed/neutered and up-to-date with their routine vaccinations.
