Book lovers won’t want to miss out on these Fall book signings and readings taking place on Long Island!

Many bibliophiles would love to have the chance to meet their favorite authors in person. Being able to see and hear the author in person while they read an excerpt from their own book is a very unique experience and one that not everyone gets to experience. You get to actually hear the intonation in their voice, feel the emotion coming from them, and hear how they convey the story.

Luckily, Long Island has many bookstores and libraries holding just such events. From independent book shops to large bookselling retailers we have it all here. If you’re looking for a more personal and intimate reading an independent book shop or library may be a better environment for you. A larger retailer might have more hype for the event but it will also have more people to contest with for a good spot.
