Long Island has tons of entertainment variety going on this week! On Monday, head to Strawberry Fields Fairgrounds for the last day of the East End GreenFest and follow that up with drinks at The Loyal Dog Ale House in Lindenhurst as it offers $5 appetizer specials and Monday night football from its television screens. On Tuesday, enjoy a showing of The Dark Knight over dinner at The Patio Marina Lounge or step on to the dance floor for hustle and Latin dancing at the Nutty Irishman of Farmingdale. By mid-week, on Wednesday, stop by Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park for a garden tour or enjoy a night of comedy at the Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center. And, for Thursday, check out Bret Michaels performance with special guest Quatela at NYCB Theatre at Westbury or The Offspring perform at The Paramount. Check out the details below!

MONDAY – SEPTEMBER 17, 2012

Who: East End GreenFest at Strawberry Fields Fairgrounds
Info: The event provides an opportunity to celebrate and learn more about green living. There will be live performances and music on the solar powered stage, a green carnival with biodiesel powered rides, local food, sustainable products and more.
Cost: $3 Admission (kids 12 and under get in free)

Who: Monday Night Football and $5 Appetizers at The Loyal Dog Ale House
Info: Head over to The Loyal Dog Ale House for Monday night football. It’ll be playing it from all 11 televisions on site. All its appetizers will also be priced at $5 and you can select from over 100 craft beers from around the world.
Cost: No entrance fee

TUESDAY – SEPTEMBER 18, 2012

Who: The Dark Knight Showing at The Patio Marina Lounge
Info: It’s dinner and movie night at The Patio Marina Lounge. Appearing on its 12-feet wide outdoor TV screen will be The Dark Knight. Enjoy it over a two-course prix fix dinner for $30.
Cost: Free Movie

Who: Let’s Go Crazy, Let’s Go Nuts Dance Party at The Nutty Irishman of Farmingdale
Info: It’s hustle and Latin dance night at The Nutty Irishman of Farmingdale as birthdays are celebrated. DJ Donning will be spicing up the night with his spinning. There will also be raffles.
Cost: $10 Admission

Who: Comedy Night at The Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center
Info: The Wilshire Comedy Group is presenting comedy night at The Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center. It’ll feature five top comedians that will bring a night of laughter to all.
Cost: $12

Who: Twilight Tour of Dahlia Garden
Info: It’s an evening of touring at the Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park. Its director, Vincent Simeone, will lead a nightly tour of Dahlia Garden.
Cost: Free for members; $10 for non-members

THURSDAY – SEPTEMBER 20, 2012

Who: Bret Michaels Performs at NYCB Theatre at Westbury
Info: Bret Michaels performs with special guest Quatela. We know of Michaels’ work as the lead singer of Poison, but today he offers up his solo work.

Who: Southern California Rockers, The Offspring, Performs at The Paramount
Info: It’s a group that revived punk music in the mid-90s. The Offspring also sold over 50 million records worldwide and today it’s here to promote its latest album, ‘Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace.
