Awarded Solar Professional Master Design and Install Certification

Oakdale, New York, August 8, 2011 - SUNATION Solar Systems is proud to announce that Scott Sousa, SUNATION'S NABCEP Certified Master Electrician and Field Operations Director, received the first and only SunPower Master Design and Install certification. Jason Fisher, SunPower Corporation's Senior Manager of NA Technical Training, presented Scott with the award at SUNATION'S Oakdale Showroom. "This achievement clearly demonstrates Scott's commitment to advancing the adoption of PV technology and he should be very proud of his accomplishment. He is truly one of the best!" said Mr. Fisher.
In order to receive this Certificate, Mr. Sousa was required to be the principal designer of record for at least 50 completed SunPower residential solar systems. He has, in fact, completed over 250. "As the first, you have set the bar high for your peers...thank you for being a leader!" said Cole Peyron, SunPower Area Sales Manager.
Scott Sousa, along with being a NABCEP Certified Master Electrician, is also an Instructor at The Center for Sustainable Energy at Bronx Community College.
