Zachary Price is an innovative advocate and kind-hearted individual who always gives back to his community.

Pursing a successful career in real estate at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Zach also finds time to be a member of St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children's Junior Committee, a group of young professionals from the real estate, finance and retail industries who are dedicated to serving St. Mary's mission of improving the health and quality of life with children and families with special healthcare needs by hosting fundraising and networking events.

"St. Mary's Junior Committee is a good way to meet other industry related young professionals and exchange ideas, all while helping to support a great cause, remarked Zach. St. Mary's Kids are some of the most extraordinary kids accomplishing what was thought impossible."

As a youngster growing up in Melville, Long Island, from a young age Zach was involved in charitable endeavors. At the age of 15 he co-founded Teens Against Cancer otherwise known in the community as TAC to help raise funds for cancer-research equipment.

Currently, Zachary serves on the Young Professional Board for the Heather on Earth Music Foundation to build and fund music therapy programs in Children's Hospitals throughout the tri-state area as well as Israel.

As a graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park, Zach remains active in the university's Alumni Association as well as the University's Young Alumni Group.

Zach also continues to be instrumental in organizing semi-annual young professional fundraisers on behalf of St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children, one of the region's premier providers of post-acute pediatric care for children and families with special needs.

Most recently, Zach and other members of St. Mary's Junior Committee are spearheading "Savoring the Summer" a fundraising event to benefit St. Mary's Kids on Thursday, August 4th from 7-9pm at Mixed Greens Art Gallery in the heart of Chelsea in New York City.

Tickets are $40 per person and guests will enjoy the midst of summer while tasting some of Manhattan Beer's best brews, shopping the silent auction purchasing raffle tickets and networking with many young professionals.
