FRIDAY – AUGUST 2, 2013

Who: Square Dancing At Wildwood State Park
Info: Come out for an evening of fun square dancing every Friday through Aug. 9.

Who: Long Island Comedy Festival At The Gateway Performing Arts Center Of Suffolk County
Info: The event is hosted by comedian Paul Anthony. Come by for an evening of non-stop laughter and fun featuring a lineup of top comedians from around the country, including Sherry Davey, Harry Freedman, Tim Hayes and Maureen Langan.

Who: Butterflies Are Free At Bayway Arts Center
Info: This performance tells the story of a man moving into an apartment and meeting an attractive neighbor. Find out whether his overbearing mother breaks up the budding romance.

Who: Julie Budd In “Show-Stoppers” – Those Great Musical Moments At Dix Hills Performing Arts Center
Info: The special concert includes favorite musical moments from the Broadway musical show. It also includes great backstage stories and memories of when Julie started out in show business as a child.

Who: 70’s and 80’s Disco Dance Party At Memorare Caterers

Who: 33rd Annual Paumanauke Pow-Wow At Babylon Town Hall
Info: Presented by the Paumanauke Native American Festival, the Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts and the Town of Babylon, this event includes Aztec dancers, traditional dancers, traditional drums, native food, specialty dances, dance competitions and more. Bring your own chairs.
Cost: $10 For Adults, $5 For Seniors Age 60 Years and Children Age 12 to 16 Years, Free For Children Under 12

Who: Polo At the Park At Bethpage State Park
