Written by Lynn Bishop  |  07. April 2011

Bethpage Federal Credit Union invites Long Islanders to see Guys & Dolls, live at Northport's John W. Engeman Theater, beginning April 14, 2011 through June 19, 2011. Based on the 1950 musical about gamblers, bets and romance, Guys & Dolls will headline performers straight from Broadway with direction by Peter Flynn and production by Richard T Dolce. Ticket sales will help raise money for The Family Service League, which offers families and individuals of all ages counseling and services through its Family Centers located throughout Suffolk County. Regular ticket prices for reserved seating are $60.00 per person, but can be purchased for $55.00 when using a special Bethpage promotional code available by visiting www.lovebethpage.com. For every ticket bought with the promotional code, The John W. Engeman Theater will then generously donate $10.00 to The Family Service League. Guys & Dolls is one of many Bethpage-supported shows at the John W. Engeman Theater, which raise money and awareness for different Long Island charities. We are pleased to continue supporting the John W. Engeman Theater's Broadway caliber productions, while also raising awareness and funds for Long Island's many deserving charitable organizations, said Linda Armyn, Senior Vice President, Bethpage Federal Credit Union. Through support and donations, The Family Service League is able to assist 47,000 Long Islanders each year. Our many programs, such as our Summer Camp Program for under-privileged children, and our Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program, which helps occurrences of homelessness, greatly benefit from these generous groups, said Karen Boorshtein, President and CEO, The Family Service League. We are so grateful to The John W. Engeman Theater and to Bethpage for their assistance. The John W. Engeman Theater is located at 250 Main Street in Northport.
