Between all the theater performances and Easter Bunny events on Long Island, you’re weekend is going to be packed with fun! On Friday, William Kanengiser performs for the Long Island Guitar Festival, Bay Street Theatre has its Alfred Hitchcock Weekend with Stage Fright and the Suffolk Theater has its Broadway Live show with stars of the Great White Way. On Saturday, head over to Plainview for the Easter Spectacular Gift Fair Event. Saturday also features theater performances including Aladdin at BayWay Arts Center East Islip and Mr. Easter Bunny at BroadHollow Theatre At Elmont. On Sunday, several fire departments will host breakfast with the Easter Bunny and the Led Zepplin tribute band Zoso performs at The Emporium. Check out the details below!

FRIDAY – MARCH 22, 2013

Who: William Kanengiser At Long Island Guitar Festival
Info: As part of Long Island Guitar Festival, William Kanengiser, a fine classical guitarist will perform. Kanengiser offers arrangements ranging from Mozart, Handel and Bartok. Long Island Guitar Festival is an annual international festival presented by the Department of Music of the School of Visual and Performing Arts At LIU Post at Long Island University.
Cost: $30, $25 For Seniors and Students

Who: Alfred Hitchcock Weekend – Stage Fright At Bay Street Theatre
Info: Stage Fright is presented by the Picture Show, which is sponsored by Peconic Landing. It tells the story of Jonathan Cooper who is wanted by the police. He is suspected of killing his lover’s husband. His friend offers to hide him, but he explains to his friend that his lover is the real murderer. His friend decides to investigate herself and in the process, she starts to fall in love with the detective in charge of the case.

Who: Broadway Live At Suffolk Theater
Info: Enjoy a performance with the stars of the Great White Way singing favorite songs from hit Broadway shows including Les Miserables, Sister Act, Hair, Jersey Boys, Hairspray, A Chorus Line and others.

Who: Breakfast With The East Bunny At West Babylon Fire Department
Info: Looking for some Easter fun? Head over to the West Babylong Fire Department to see Sparky, the talking animated dog. There’s also the opportunity to take pictures with the Easter bunny and a view of a working train table top display presented by TMB Railroad Club. Kids can also enjoy free finger paintings, games, clowns and balloons.

Who: Annual Easter Bunny Breakfast At Middle Island Fire Department
Info: Enjoy an Easter bunny breakfast complete with scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage. Children can also take pictures with the Easter bunny. There will also be raffles.

Who: Zoso, The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience At The Emporium
Info: Experience the legendary 70s band Led Zepplin through Zoso. Zoso is the Led Zepplin tribute band formed in 1995. It has over 1,700 performances. At The Emporium, it performs smash hits like “Stairway To Heaven,” “Then Years Gone,” “Kashmir” and “Black Dog.”
