Pet Expos are designed to educate and entertain the public about the wonderful world of pets. They are family oriented events featuring many educational demonstrations and seminars, hands-on-petting opportunities, special attractions, pet adoptions, and entertaining exhibits. Pet Expos are also an outstanding shopping venue of products and services pertaining to pets.

Mark you calendars for the Long Island Pet Expo on March 1st-3rd.  It will be held at the Suffolk Community College Expo Center 1001 Crooked Hill Road (Exit 53 off LIE. Wicks Road) in Brentwood.  Hours are Friday 4PM to 9PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.

This year's schedule of events includes a K-9 dog show Awesome Dogs.  Agility and Frisbee demonstrations, in addition to  Jilli Dog "The World's Only Poker Playing Dog," Spidey Chihuahua (current "Mr. NYC Chihuahua King") and Ruby Dog.  They all do the signature Jilli Dog tricks, including POKER, with great enthusiasm and puppy-like cuteness! Dancing with your dog demonstrations as well as the parade of breeds.

This is a great event for the whole family.  They do ask that 4 legged members of the family stay home due to the large number of pets that are part of the show.
