Long Island's premier Second Amendment Rights Organization Collects 900 Coats To Keep Long Island Warm!

Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 For Immediate Release.

Ronkonkoma, NY- Long Island Firearms, New York's foremost online firearms enthusiast community, has collected over 900 coats in this year's effort to Keep Long Island Warm! "We did it again!", beamed Steven Blair of Long Island Firearms. "Last year, we collected 620 coats. This year, by partnering with the merchants listed below, we will be able to make a real difference in the lives of the less fortunate folks in our communities." The Coat Drive, in its second year at LIF, benefits Long Island Cares and the Harry Chapin Food Bank, and is partnered with the Burlington Coat Factory to help local families beat the cold of winter through charitable donations. "Hopefully we can break 1000 next year!", Steve added. The coat drive is just one of the community service oriented events in which members of Long Island Firearms participate.
